? ? Recently, Haijiang Group successfully invested 4.1% shares in Beijing Yanhua Construction & Engineering CO., LTD (BYCE)! The further increase of shareholding ratio fully demonstrates the strong strength of Haijiang Group. The successful investment in BYCE also means that Haijiang Group has taken a milestone step towards the ambitious goal of creating an "eco-friendly technology". Beijing Yanhua Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. is an engineering construction enterprise integrating petrochemical engineering general contracting, pressure vessel (non-standard equipment) design and manufacturing, petrochemical plant maintenance and operation and overhaul, engineering project management, engineering technology development and house demolition, bridge demolition and petrochemical plant demolition earthwork services. The company's predecessor is Beijing Yanhua Construction and Installation Engineering Company (Sinopec Group First Construction Company), which was officially renamed as Beijing Yanhua Engineering Construction Company Limited in 2011, and is one of the senior large-scale petrochemical engineering construction enterprises in China. The company covers an area of 960,000㎡, with registered capital of RMB133 million and fixed assets of RMB758 million. The annual production capacity of construction and safety reaches 2 billion yuan, and the annual processing of various types of pressure vessels is 18,000 tons: it has a production base of 960,000㎡ and more than 3,000 sets of various mechanical equipment.

The company has been engaged in petrochemical engineering and construction for more than 40 years and has built more than 200 sets of various petrochemical plants and supporting projects, all of which have met the design standards and specifications and have been put into operation at once.
