More than 100 websites from all around the nation will combine their individual traits to take part in this activity in a vibrant way.

The production and broadcast of "Talking about civilization and new trend" public service announcements have been coordinated by six ministries and commissions since this year, including the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Civilization Office, the Central Foreign Affairs Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the State Administration of Press,?Publication, Radio and Television. On the 24th, the "'Fulfil my Chinese dream spread positive energy - talk about civilization and new trend' public service announcements online transmission activities" was formally launched in an effort to use the Internet to further expand the coverage of public service announcements and foster a positive network cultural environment.?The activity will vigorously carry out the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, adopt Deng Xiaoping's theory, the key idea of the Three Represents, and the scientific outlook on development as its guiding principles, cultivate and practice the core socialist values as its foundation, give full play to the communication advantages of the Internet, and widely disseminate the public service announcements of the 18th CPC National Congress,vigorously promote the righteousness and gather the powerful force to realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

The campaign would involve 100 websites altogether from across the country. More than 100 websites will fully exploit their individual advantages throughout the campaign period, plan and carry out a variety of online activities, promote and display the "civilization and new style" PSAs, and encourage the majority of Internet users to actively participate in the campaign by carrying out tasks like microblog delivery and online essay writing.
